Bonjour! My name is Charlotte, and I run Pair of Lens, or PoF for short. It's what I like to call a lifestyle blog - I post everything and anything on here. That said, my posts will most likely be recipes, reviews of pastries or chocolate, things related to my hobbies, and my travels. I live in Canada, in the outskirts of Toronto. I can speak English and a bit of Cantonese, French, and Mandarin. I wish to learn more languages because...Well why not?

I'm not sure what lies ahead for me, but I hope it includes a job that I love and involves a lot of travelling. When I retire, I would like to open a pastry shop with a friend of mine. I enjoy reading (both books and blogs!), baking, photography, and sleeping. I wish I was better at drawing, painting and knitting. I often suffer from wanderlust - the need to travel out of my house and explore.

I own three cameras. When I'm out travelling, I usually bring my Nikon D500, an elementary DSLR. I own three pairs of lens: A pair of standard kit lens, a pair of macro lens, and a pair of telephoto lens. I shall get into detail later on. I own a Fuji Film Polaroid which I use from time to time (the film is expensive!), and a Canon Powershot - a point and shoot that I bring with me when I go out for ordinary things such as stopping by the grocery store.
